Cards are available in 2 sizes, A5 and A4 and come with a bright coloured envelope.
 
Add the size required, name, relationship and age via the drop down boxes.
 
The card is sent to you with a spare envelope so you can sign the card yourself. If you would like to have the card signed on your behalf just add a note in the special request box
 
Wording on all cards can be customised. If you would like to change or add anything just add the details in the special request box. (Wanting to change 'our' to 'my' or 'I' to 'we' etc)
